Hope you are having a great holiday season with loved ones. We are here to give a quick update on how the Packaging Process is going.

ALSO, REMEMBER TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY BEFORE DECEMBER 15th!

The last day to fill your surveys with shipping information for your order is December 15th. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping for additional after the order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed. Make sure you do it NOW!

Surveys are out - Check for an email from BackerKit!

Hey Santo Cubes Backers!

Surveys are ready!

Finally! The surveys are out, now you can provide your shipping information, pick your flavors and add on any additional products you want to be delivered with your original order. 

Make sure you check your email for the survey from BackerKit and Kickstarter. 

Here are the instructions to fill your survey:

So, it's easy. As soon as you receive your email with your BackerKit survey, you are going to follow the steps and click the button to start providing important information. You are going to see your actual pledge amount and the reward level that you chose in our Kickstarter Campaign. You are going to begin the survey and its going to ask you depending on what reward level you picked, what flavors you want. So for example if you ordered a $27 USD starter pack, then the survey is going to ask you to pick the flavor for the 24 cube box that is included in your Starter Pack. If you pledged $65 for a Big Santo, then you will have to pick three flavors for the three 24 cube boxes that are included in that reward. Also, we have created the option for you to add any additional items you want from Santo Coffee Cubes to be included in your order and ship at the same time as your existing order. Remember we have limited stock, so make sure you pick as much as you want for these holidays. Also, if you managed your pledge on Kickstarter and increased your pledge to add on items to your reward according to our Add on Feature, then your survey and checkout is going to have that additional credit, so you can pick the add on items you pledged for. DEADLINE: You must fill out your survey by the 15th of December. ITS A MUST!

REMEMBER TO POST ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM THAT YOU ALREADY GOT YOUR SURVEY, SO OTHER BACKERS FILL THEIRS TOO.

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your survey (BackerKit is the software we used to make easier the surveys). It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. So as soon as we finish production, we are ready to start shipping.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
