Want to order more to your original pledge? Check our Add on Menu

We have received many messages of backers wanting to order more products from Santo. That’s why we decided to make an Add on Menu, so you can add more products by just increasing the pledge in your account. This will be only available to backers, after they pledge on the main rewards.

First log into your Kickstarter account and click the “Manage Your Pledge” button in the top right corner. Then update your pledge as you desire. Increase the pledge depending on what additional product you want according to the following menu.

How can I get the new holiday flavors if I've already pledged for a package?

What if I’ve already pledged? For those of you who have already pledged to receive packages that allow you choose your own flavors (i.e. Starter Pack, Small Santo, etc.), you will receive a survey at the end of the campaign that allows you to fill out which flavors you would like.

What if my pack didn’t give me the option to choose? We just opened up a brand new package option to order that includes these three new flavors! If you’ve already ordered a package, you can choose to change your pledge to order these new flavors (log into your Kickstarter account and click the “Manage Your Pledge” button in the top right corner. Then update your pledge as you desire.

OR, if you want to keep your current pledge with all our original flavors, but still want to try the new flavors, you can order our new package in addition to your current pledge! We’ve add a new feature that will allow you to order two packages at the same time in one account. Just log into your account (or create one if you originally ordered as a “guest,” but be sure to create the account with the email address you originally pledged with) and choose the package option you’d like and follow instructions to add the second (or third!) package to your order.

How do I order on Kickstarter?

In the top right corner of the Santo Kickstarter page is a green button that says “Back This Project.” Click on that button and you will be given the package options to choose from. Choose a package, and then checkout as a guest or create an account on Kickstarter (this gives you the ability to go back and increase your pledge in the future, should you desire). Follow Kickstarter prompts to submit your credit or debit card and shipping address. Then share the page to social media to let your friends know what you got!

When will I get my cubes?

Once our 30-day campaign is completed (November 16, 2018), we will start production on cubes immediately. They should ship around the middle of December.

Why does it say I need to “pledge?” Isn’t this an order form?

Kickstarter works by giving us as business entrepreneurs the platform to jumpstart our business. We create a funding goal (ours is $30,000), and you choose a package and pre-order for that package. Your credit card will not be charged until we reach our goal. So, you pledge your amount, but won’t be charged until we reach our funding goal.

How can I choose flavors for the larger packages?

When you choose packages like the Starter Pack, Small Santo, Big Santo, Grande Santo, or any other package that allows you to choose the flavors you would like to order, you will receive an emailed survey nearing the end of our campaign. This survey allows you to pick which flavors you would like included in your package.

How can I get the launch special-edition flavors?

Once we reach our new funding goal of $60,000, we will make our limited-edition launch cubes available in Cinnamon Spice, Ginger and Cardamom. You will have the ability to order these if you pre-order any of the packages listed above that allow you to chose the flavors you want included. We might come with a new rewards only for these new flavors!

How do I go back and change my order amount if I’ve already pre-ordered a package?

In order to change your order, you must create an account on Kickstarter. You can do this even if you already pre-ordered on a guest account. Create your account, then click “manage your pledge” at the very top right corner of your page. You will be redirected to a page where you can click “Change your pledge.”

Where are my free samples?

Our free samples were extremely limited, based on our finances and what our production line could handle. We sent out 5,000 samples in June and July, 2018, for product testing and feedback. We currently do not have any more free samples.

Are all cubes sweetened and how?

Yes, but not for long, we are currently developing non-sweetened cubes. Currently all of our coffee cubes are sweetened with panela, a Colombian sweetener that is unrefined and made by evaporating sugar cane juice. Without the refining process, panela isn’t stripped of its nutritional benefits, so you’re putting vitamins and micronutrients (like Vitamin D, magnesium, potassium, calcium, and more) into your body. We hope to add an unsweetened cube to our shop soon.

How can I add on a reward?

Just click “Manage my pledge” on your Kickstarter account, then hit “update my pledge” and manually add in the amount of money per the rewards list below and hit “confirm.” When you receive the emailed survey from Kickstarter at the end of our campaign, you’ll be able to choose which reward you wanted to add.

How to fill out my BackerKit Survey?

So, it’s easy. As soon as you receive your email with your BackerKit survey, you are going to follow the steps and click the button to start providing important information. You are going to see your actual pledge amount and the reward level that you chose in our Kickstarter Campaign. You are going to begin the survey and its going to ask you depending on what reward level you picked, what flavors you want. So for example if you ordered a $27 USD starter pack, then the survey is going to ask you to pick the flavor for the 24 cube box that is included in your Starter Pack. If you pledged $65 for a Big Santo, then you will have to pick three flavors for the three 24 cube boxes that are included in that reward. Also, we have created the option for you to add any additional items you want from Santo Coffee Cubes to be included in your order and ship at the same time as your existing order. Remember we have limited stock, so make sure you pick as much as you want for these holidays. Also, if you managed your pledge on Kickstarter and increased your pledge to add on items to your reward according to our Add on Feature, then your survey and checkout is going to have that additional credit, so you can pick the add on items you pledged for. What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
